We began planning our house when we were in Rochester for our transplant. We had been looking at designs way before that, but our final decisions were made when we were recovering. I guess that is what happens when you are spending every minute of the day together!

The start of the house was planned for the first week in August and to our surprise we began before we were completely ready... I'm not sure if we would have been ready anyway.

House is Wrapped 9.9.12

Wrapping the house!

Here we are in the middle of wrapping the house, shingles are complete and the windows are going into place.

Thanks to Ken for helping us on moving the dirt around the house!

Digging the Water Line in 9.4.12

This is why our yard is all mud in November....

Digging in the water line from the pump house to the new house was a fun event.  Got a great view from the loft window of the work in progress.
