We began planning our house when we were in Rochester for our transplant. We had been looking at designs way before that, but our final decisions were made when we were recovering. I guess that is what happens when you are spending every minute of the day together!

The start of the house was planned for the first week in August and to our surprise we began before we were completely ready... I'm not sure if we would have been ready anyway.

Hunting

Since I am just starting this here we go...

November 3-18, 2012

Opening weekend we made a rush trip up North to enjoy a quick weekend at the hunting shack.  With the house project... everything has been a work around.  Ryan sighted in my gun this fall at some random stuff and his was sighted in on a grouse on opening day.

Karleen has been hunting now for 9 years  her first trip to the hunting shack was when she was 8 weeks old.  What can be a better memory than hunting with the family.  Karleen and I always love heading up North as it is a weekend that we do not need to cook or clean the boys just take it over.

First time we believe that the "Tooth Fairy" has visited the Hunting Shack.
